Female Guardian Angel Tattoo

guardianangeltattoohealed

I often get asked by clients (and some are quite concerned!) as to why my fresh black and grey work is so dark? The simple answer is that the work will fade, initially by about 20% and then over the years further still. The Guardian Angel above will still look good in years to come rather than just becoming an outline. (more…)

Do you do your own tattoos?

I have both the backs of my hands tattooed and all of my fingers, so the possibility of me doing it myself is slim to say the least. This is however the most frequently asked question of them all so I will answer it here and now so that I never need be asked it again. Unless of course you don’t read the FAQ’s? (more…)

Rib cage tattoo

orchidtattoo_0

Everyone I tattoo asks me the most painful place to be tattooed, in my opinion this is it, the rib cage. This tattoo took a total of four hours in two sittings. It is not an easy area to work on for either the artist or the client. Rib cage is not for the feint hearted, if you want a rib cage tattoo then you really need to commit to it. Personally I will not tattoo the rib cage of a first timer. If you are interested in black and grey tattoo why not call in to see me at the Middleton Tattoo studio in Manchester England?

Email Contact

Why are your emails so short and direct?

I have to deal with a huge volume of emails, I have this site, Louis forwards me several mails a day from the Middleton Website and then I have to help with the English mails for the Thai Tattoo Studio. On top of which I have all my personal mails and mails relating to suppliers and the various other trades I deal with. I usually tattoo between 6 and 8 hours a day, so as I am sure you can appreciate this only leaves me a small window each day to attend to all of the emails. So if you do receive a short and sweet reply to you question then please do not take offense, I will do my best to answer your emails as quickly as possible.

Should we converse then please do leave the whole conversation within the body of the email. This helps me to keep up to speed with your particular tattoo request. I usually respond within 24 hours, however should I go quite this will mean I am extremely busy with work. Be patient, should you not hear from me within 3 to 4 days please feel free to give me a reminder.
